Joint Accreditation Statement In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Pharmacists Association. University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. ACPE Credit Designation Statement These knowledge-based activities will provide pharmacists up to 3.5 contact hours or 0.35 CEU. CE credit information, based on verification of live attendance and completion of the program evaluation, will be provided to NABP within 60 days after the activity completion. |

CE OPPORTUNITIES ----- Available Now
Oral Contraceptive Prescribing by Pharmacists - A one-hour, APA protocol training CE program and a four-hour APhA advanced training are now available. The one-hour program is a requirement for any Arkansas pharmacist who plans on prescribing oral contraceptives under the new statewide protocol.
